small fire, blown fuse, no hot water or heat again

welllll just when things were going great, couple of issue today...
first of all, there's no hot water. no way to get it. cold showers all the way. spring break can't come soon enough.
similarly - no heat. the house is a refridgerator. its really bad.
also, tonight - we had a huge scare when we realized that there was no electricity on floors 2 and 3, the living floors, but it was soon fixed when we realized that we just had to flip the switch on in the basement.
also tonight - had a little fire on the stove, filling the house with smoke. it was patrick's night to cook, and he made some really tasty indian food, and unfortunately, he lit the damn thing on fire... i was there with a camera in hand, and got the aftermath. this was just after the fire ball, around the time of the cursing and spilling of hot grease everywhere.














so we're having some problems with the house, i think someone is going to talk to miriam, the estate agent, tomorrow to get things straightened out.

by the way - blue man group was indeed awesome last night! they didnt allow pictures or video during the show, we actually had to say an oath stating we wouldn't, so i don't have any shots of the show, but basically we were in the second row, we had the ponchos on, it got a little messy, not too bad, but it was an extremely fun time!
